Returns and exchanges



Coinsberg.com aspires for your pleasant shopping experience. If you want to return or exchange your purchased item, we’re ready to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your recent purchase, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. Item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

To start the process of return of item in proper condition, please contact us via email info@coinsberg.com for further instructions. Please, include your Order ID when would be describing your intention.

If you received the wrong product or item damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service during 14 calendar days since getting it and explain the situation; your Order ID is required.

Exchanges for purchases either of proper quality or damaged can be made up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your order (by tracking). To initiate an order exchange you need to contact Coinsberg.com Customer Service via info@coinsberg.com and express your intention. Item for exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Every exchange case is solved individually depending on product availability and other conditions.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying delivery costs for returning the purchased item either for refund or for exchange. Return delivery costs are non-refundable. In case you require a refund, the cost of shipping the item back will be refrained.

Once your returned item have been received and inspected, we will notify you with a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you in regards to the status of your refund.

All approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment: Visa, Master Card, PayPal etc. Any questions regarding date posting to your account should be directed to your card-issuing bank.
